A Poetry Reading in Celebration of Janice Rubin’s third poetry collection "Crossing the Burnside Bridge". The publisher is Cirque Press based in Anchorage Alaska. Cirque Press also publishes a poetry journal, Cirque: A Literary Journal for Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.
Janice D. Rubin is a counselor and educator. She was nominated for the Pushcart Poetry Prize in 2008. Her first full length book of poems, Tin Coyote (Blue Light Press) was nominated for the 2019 Stafford/Hall Award for Poetry. She was a finalist for the Blue Light Press Book Award. She has taught at Oregon State University in Corvallis and Lane Community College in Eugene.
