Tony Furtado: Very few musicians so personify a musical genre as Tony embodies Americana roots music. Furtado is an evocative and soulful singer/songwriter, a virtuoso multi-instrumentalist adept at banjo, cello-banjo, slide guitar and baritone Uke who mixes and matches with the flair of a master chef.
Luke Price began competing in fiddle contests and quickly made a name for himself winning the National Title at ages 12 and 17, along with a long list of awards from contests all across the country, including The Fiddlers Frolics and the Grand Masters. In 2014, he became the National Old-Time Fiddling Grand Champion.
Todd Sickafoose is best known for his work with Ani DiFranco.
With these three young masters together, we can expect one of the great trio musical experiences of this new decade at Tsunami Books.
