Saturday, July 27, 5-7 PM: Comic Book Author/Illustrator Maia Kobabe will be talking about and signing copies of their Graphic Novel “Gender Queer: A Memoir.”  This story focuses on gender identity, sexuality, coming out to friends and family, and being a nerd who loves to read books.  This brand new book has already been nominated for YALSA's (Young Adult Library Services Association) best graphic novels of 2019 for teens list, added to Barnes and Noble's best graphic novels of May 2019 list, and just received a starred review from the School Library Journal.
