Sunday, March 10, 4-6 PM: The Art of the Protest Song. “The Art of the Protest Song” celebrates this important role of music in our culture, combining classic anthems/covers with original songs on contemporary topics. During the past 5 years, there have been 21 productions of “AOTPS” around the country (Oregon, California, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Texas), and audience response has been overwhelmingly positive. Join local artists Ken Zimmerman, Eric Richardson andSteve Gibson along with “The Art of the Protest Song” creator Bill Valentiin an afternoon performance.
