Commemorative Reading of John Haislip’s book of poetry “Seal Rock.” Recently reprinted, John’s book won the first Oregon Book Award for Poetry 35 years ago. John Haislip (1925-2011) was Professor Emeritus of Creative Writing at the University of Oregon. Former students will be reading from the book. Copies of the reprint, as well as other books by John, will be available for purchase.
