SONGS AT TSUNAMI: THE FOURTH SATURDAY CHAMBER CONCERT SERIES

Saturday, November 26, 5-7 PM:  The “Songs at Tsunami” series, hosted by Laura Wayte.  October’s inaugural event filled the Bookbarn with good people enraptured by grand piano, string trio and art-song performance.  This chamber concert will feature Rebecca Sacks, soprano, and Evan Paul, piano, performing songs by American composers Lori Latman, Ned Rorem, and Libby Larsen, plus Claude Debussy and Johannes Brahms, on texts by Walt Whitman, Calamity Jane, Orlando Gibbons, and others.  (suggested minimum donation $10)
